What is the time frame for Takbeer-e-Tashreeq, Qurbani and on which days is one prohibited from fasting?

Q. What is the time frame for Takbeer-e-Tashreeq, Qurbani and on which days is one prohibited from fasting?

A. The days of Takbeer-e-Tashreeq are five, commencing on the Fajr of the 9th of Zul-Hijjah (9th of July 2022-Saturday) and ending at Asr of the 13th of Zul-Hijjah (13th of July 2022-Wednesday).

The prohibited days of fasting are five; The day of Eid-ul-Fitr, the day of Eid-ul-Adha (10th of Zul-Hijjah-10th of July 2022-Sunday), and three days after Eid-ul-Adha i.e. 11th, 12th and 13th of Zul-Hijjah. (11nd, 12th and 13th of July 2022-Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)

The days of Slaughtering (Ayyamun-Nahr) are three, commencing on the Morning after Eid Salaah on the 10th of Zul-Hijjah (10th of July 2022-Sunday) and ending at Maghrib time of the 12th of Zul-Hijjah (12th  July 2022-Tuesday).

Accordingly, it will not be permissible to slaughter an Udhiyyah/Qurbani animal on the 13th of Zul-Hijjah (13th of July 2022-Wednesday) as the days of slaughtering have already lapsed. Any outstanding Udhiyyah/Qurbani will have to be compensated by giving the value of the animal in charity.
