Can I marry my fathers cousin?

Q. Can I marry my grandmothers (fathers side) sisters daughter, my fathers cousin?

A. Your fathers cousin (grandmothers sisters daughter) is considered to be a stranger (non- Mahram) to you. It is permissible for you to marry her. (Fataawa Mahmoodiyyah 11/268)
