Q. Can an heir reject his/her share of inheritance and give it to others?

A. An heir does not have an option in accepting or refusing his\her share of inheritance as their shares are given to them by Allah Ta’ala and the inheritor inherits his\her share automatically. However, an heir may dispose of his/her share of inheritance after taking possession of it as he/she wishes including giving it to others. (Shaami)
