Is ones mothers sisters’ husband a Mahram?

Q. Can my mother’s sister’s husband be a mahram to us for Hajj or Umrah? My mother’s sister and her husband will be travelling with us? 

A. Your mother’s sister’s husband is considered to be non-Mahram (stranger) to you (Fataawa Mahmoodiyyah). It is not permissible to travel for Hajj or Umrah with him.
