Q. Did Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam eat chicken and rice?

A. It is proven from authentic sources that Rasulullah Sallallah Alayhi Waallam eat chicken meat.

Sayyiduna Abu Musa Ashari Radhiyallahu Anhu reports, “I saw Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam eating chicken meat.” (Timridhi)

However, there has been no authentic source proving that Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam eat rice. (Fataawa Darul Uloom Zakariyya 6/548)

Eating rice is simply permissible.
