My husband issued me with a divorce. I am currently observing my Iddah period and I have been accredited for my Fardh Hajj of 2018. Can I go for Hajj with a Mahram if I have not completed my Iddah period? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A.<\/strong> The performance of Hajj is not compulsory on a woman if she is observing the Iddah period of death, divorce or an annulment of marriage.<\/p>\n<p>In the enquired case, the performance of Hajj will not be compulsory upon you until you complete your Iddah period the same year or the following year\/s if you fulfil the criteria of Hajj.
