My daughter has been declared insane permanently by the doctors due to severe sickness and illness. As such, she has the mind of a two year old child. Does she have to fast in Ramadan? If so, do I have to give Fidyah for her missed fasts of Ramadaan?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A.<\/strong> Fasting in Ramadaan is obligatory upon every Muslim that is sane and mature.
