If my friend is using his phone for Haraam purposes, can I take his phone away from him without his permission and dispose of it to prevent him from committing Haraam? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A.<\/strong> You cannot dispose of your friend\u2019s phone, as you do not own it.
