Is using counter or beads to count dhikr of Allah Bidah? Using of digital Tasbeeh or tally counter is allowed?<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A.<\/strong> It is permissible <em>(Mubaah)<\/em> to use a \u201c<em>Tasb\u012bh<\/em>\u201d or \u201c<em>Subhah<\/em>\u201d in order to aid oneself in performing <em>Zikr<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>In the past, people used stones and beads as an aid in making <em>Zikr<\/em>. In today\u2019s times, digital counters along with other technological methods are used.<\/p>\n<p>Hence, if one uses a <em>Tasbih<\/em> for this purpose it will not be <em>Bid\u2018ah<\/em>.
