Is it necessary for a seller to offer a Refund Policy to customers? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A. <\/strong>In terms of Shariah, it is recommended (Mandoob) for a seller to offer a Returns\/Refunds policy to customers i.e. cancelling the transaction, accepting the return of the product purchased and refunding the value of the product purchased to the customer.<\/p>\n<p>At times, it may be necessary for the seller to offer a Returns\/Refunds policy which is subject to certain terms and conditions.
