Do my children and I inherit from my second wife and her children from her previous marriage? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A.<\/strong> A spouse will always inherit from the person they are married to.<\/p>\n<p>Stepchildren do not stand entitled to inherit from their stepparents nor from their step siblings.
