Does the parents own her assets after her demise? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A.<\/strong> Upon the demise of a person, including any minors, his\/her assets form part of their estate. The parents cannot take full possession of the minor\u2019s assets without following an estate distribution according to Shariah.
