Is there any penalty for washing ones hands with scented soap in the state of Ihraam? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A.<\/strong> One should use <strong>unscented soap<\/strong> in the state of Ihraam. If however, one washes his\/her hands with <strong>scented soap<\/strong> in the state of Ihram, one will have to discharge the <strong>Sadaqat-ul-Fitr amount<\/strong> to compensate for it.
