Is it permissible to cut a 5 year old girls hair? As a parent of five small girls, all five and under, it becomes difficult for me to comb and tie all their hair every Morning. Please advise. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A.<\/strong> It is not permissible to cut the hair of a mature female (Baaligah).
