A customer bears the cost of cancelling an Umrah flight ticket

Q. I am a Travel Agent. A Muslim brother agreed to purchase an Umrah ticket from me. He also confirmed the purchase of the Umrah ticket from me. After confirmation of purchasing the ticket from me, the Muslim brother decides to purchase the Umrah ticket from another travel agent? Now, is the Muslim brother liable to pay for the cancellation costs of the Umrah ticket after confirmation of purchasing the Umrah ticket from me?

A. As a travel agent, if you and a customer agreed upon the sale of a plane ticket, the customer is liable to pay for the plane ticket. Hence, the customer will also be liable to pay for the cancellation of the plane ticket.
